Building women
across Africa
with digital skills

Changing the narratives of women in tech and digital space is what we're all about

A vision to
empower
women across
the continent

TEFEM Network is on a mission to equip women across Africa with practical digital technology skills and connect them to economic opportunities in the tech sector. Through structured training programmes, mentorship, and industry partnerships, we are building the next generation of women in technology.

Our impact across Africa

We have trained over 5,000 women, worked with 100+ volunteer facilitators, built a thriving community of 4,000+ members, and supported learners with 600 scholarships. Our target is to reach 20,000 women across 10 African countries by 2030, while continuing our work across 4 states in Nigeria.
